By purchasing a cookie cutter from The Design Studio (shop.kellycookiecompany.com), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Material & Intended Use

• Our cutters are made from PLA plastic using 3D printing technology.

• These are intended for use with dough that will be baked at a minimum of 220°F (104°C).

• The cutters are not intended for prolonged or direct contact with food, mouths, or children.

• These are not toys, and should not be used as such.

2. Care & Cleaning

• Hand wash only using lukewarm water and a mild detergent.

• Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, or expose to high heat.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

• Do not scrub or soak excessively.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

• All cookie cutters are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partner.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

• Tracking will be provided via email once shipped.

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

• Because our cutters are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.

5. Resale & Commercial Use

• Cutters sold by The Design Studio are not licensed for resale.

• You may use them to create cookies for personal or small business use (e.g., selling cookies made with the cutter is fine), but the cutters themselves may not be resold.

6. Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to all the terms above. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
